Night Shifts | 4 on, 4 off | 7:00pm - 7:00am
We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Night Concierge to take the lead front-of-house position at an exclusive residential development in Central London. The position offers the opportunity to work within a luxury environment, delivering exceptional service to residents and maintaining high operational standards throughout the night.
The ideal candidate will have a background of experience in the luxury residential sector or 4*, 5* hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary front-of-house contact overnight, providing a welcoming and secure environment for residents and guests.
- Liaise with the on-site security officer to ensure smooth coordination across the development.
- Monitor building systems, report issues, and liaise with emergency contacts if needed.
- Handle resident queries and requests efficiently and discreetly.
- Maintain daily logs, incident reports, and handover notes for day staff.
- Perform regular inspections of communal areas to ensure cleanliness, security, and safety standards are upheld.
About You:- Previous experience in a night concierge or similar front-of-house role within a high-end residential or 5* hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Calm under pressure and able to work independently.
- Immaculate personal presentation and professional demeanor.
- Confident using building management systems, logbooks, and handover procedures.
