Job Title: Night Concierge

Apply NowWe are seeking an experienced and professional Night Concierge to join a luxury residential development in the heart of London. You will be the primary point of contact for residents and guests during the night shift and play a key role in supporting estate operations.
You'll deliver the highest standards of customer service and ensure residents enjoy seamless, memorable experiences. This role requires a passion for exceptional service, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for residents and guests during night hours.
Deliver outstanding, intuitive service and act as a brand ambassador for the development.
Build and maintain professional relationships with residents, staff, and contractors.
Collaborate closely with the Building Manager and Housekeeping teams, providing mutual support and cover.
Follow and implement standard operating procedures and company policies.
Manage all resident queries, phone calls, and email correspondence promptly and professionally.
Handle bookings for communal facilities and coordinate housekeeping schedules.
Maintain the reception and common areas to an immaculate standard.
Monitor building security and report any suspicious activity or incidents promptly.
Assist with lifestyle services including transportation, restaurant reservations, theatre bookings, and dry cleaning.
Maintain accurate reporting of incidents and liaise with management or out-of-hours contacts as necessary.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a 5-star hotel or high-end residential setting.
Strong customer service, communication, and organisational skills.
Proactive, service-driven, and committed to going the extra mile.
Confident handling high-net-worth individuals with discretion and professionalism.
Good working knowledge of central London and surrounding areas.
Well-connected in the hospitality industry (preferred).
High standard of spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
Detail-oriented, assertive, and calm under pressure.
Impeccable personal presentation and hygiene.
Right to work in the UK.
