You'll deliver the highest standards of customer service and ensure residents enjoy seamless, memorable experiences. This role requires a passion for exceptional service, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for residents and guests during night hours.

  • Deliver outstanding, intuitive service and act as a brand ambassador for the development.

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with residents, staff, and contractors.

  • Collaborate closely with the Building Manager and Housekeeping teams, providing mutual support and cover.

  • Follow and implement standard operating procedures and company policies.

  • Manage all resident queries, phone calls, and email correspondence promptly and professionally.

  • Handle bookings for communal facilities and coordinate housekeeping schedules.

  • Maintain the reception and common areas to an immaculate standard.

  • Monitor building security and report any suspicious activity or incidents promptly.

  • Assist with lifestyle services including transportation, restaurant reservations, theatre bookings, and dry cleaning.

  • Maintain accurate reporting of incidents and liaise with management or out-of-hours contacts as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a 5-star hotel or high-end residential setting.

  • Strong customer service, communication, and organisational skills.

  • Proactive, service-driven, and committed to going the extra mile.

  • Confident handling high-net-worth individuals with discretion and professionalism.

  • Good working knowledge of central London and surrounding areas.

  • Well-connected in the hospitality industry (preferred).

  • High standard of spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Detail-oriented, assertive, and calm under pressure.

  • Impeccable personal presentation and hygiene.

  • Right to work in the UK.

If you're passionate about luxury service and want to be part of a high-performing team in a prestigious setting, we'd love to hear from you.
