Senior Night Concierge - Prestigious Residential Development (Central London, W1)

Night Shifts | 4 on, 4 off | 7:00pm - 7:00am

We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Senior Night Concierge to take the lead front-of-house position at an exclusive residential development in Central London. This is a lone role on the desk during the night shift, with supervisory responsibility over one night security officer based elsewhere on site.

The position offers the opportunity to work within a luxury environment, delivering exceptional service to residents and maintaining high operational standards throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary front-of-house contact overnight, providing a welcoming and secure environment for residents and guests.
• Liaise with the on-site security officer to ensure smooth coordination across the development.
• Monitor building systems, report issues, and liaise with emergency contacts if needed.
• Handle resident queries and requests efficiently and discreetly.
• Maintain daily logs, incident reports, and handover notes for day staff.
• Perform regular inspections of communal areas to ensure cleanliness, security, and safety standards are upheld.

About You:

• Previous experience in a night concierge or similar front-of-house role within a high-end residential or 5* hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Calm under pressure and able to work independently.
• Immaculate personal presentation and professional demeanor.
• Confident using building management systems, logbooks, and handover procedures.
