PMR are currently recruiting for maintenance operative in Surrey London.

Three/ Four days a week, 8am - 4pm or 7am- 3pm ( flexible )

Salary is 23,500

Job description:

  • Greneral maintenance work
  • Painting and decorating
  • Changing lightbulbs
  • Turning appartments ready for new tenants
  • Inspect alarm systems
  • General upkeep of the building

Requirements/ Skills:

  • Basic understanding of painting and decorating
  • Basic knowledge of general maintenance

We require candidates who are immediatey available to start working.
