- Description
Our Client are actively seeking for a maintenance person to work permanently for a luxury residential development based in Ilford.
Working hours will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday with the hours of 9am to 5pm
Salary is £20,000 annually.
Must hold a full driving license with previous experience in painting/decoration as it will be the main job role.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Painting and decorating
- Undertaking all minor maintenance around the development
- Achieving high standards of performance within a team of individuals to help create a welcoming, friendly and courteous environment within the development.
- Providing a safe, secure and well maintained environment to customers
- Daily visible check and works planned and conditions report to be compiled across the entire estate.
- Maintain all equipment and storage facilities keeping them in good working order.
- Carry out any other instructions/minor repairs as directed by the development manager.
- Follow C.O.S.H.H regulations, in particular the storage of hazardous substancesThe successful candidate must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
