4 Days on 4 Days off; 7am -7pm
Salary - £31,000 per annum
An excellent Night Concierge is required for the remarkable scheme of , luxury residences overlooking Buckingham Palace in SW1. This world-class development will set a new standard of luxury living in London.
The Scheme:
This spectacular new residential development comprises 72 timeless and elegant apartments surrounding a private courtyard garden. The private residences are equipped with state-of-the-art luxuries and traditional touches. The development will house extensive amenities including a swimming pool, spa, gym, residents' lounge, cinema and secure underground valet-operated parking.
The Role:
The concierge will be the first point of contact for residents and guests arriving .They will be responsible for the delivery of the highest levels of customer service to all residents and their guests, it will be their duty to create memorable experiences for the residents. They will need to have a strong passion for delivering great service in a professional manner and be able to work well under pressure.
They will greet residents and their guests upon arrival, manage all calls and emails to the concierge desk, manage all residential deliveries. They will manage all amenity booking requests ensuring the housekeeping teams are on hand to prep areas for private bookings. They will assist with ad-hoc resident requests such as transportation bookings, restaurant bookings, theatre bookings and dry cleaning requests. They will refer any significant lifestyle requests to the head office to assist.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years hospitality experience as a concierge within London super prime residential schemes
- Must have excellent communication skills and customer service skills
- Service driven, understand the importance of going the 'extra mile'
- Experience serving UHNWIs
- Good knowledge of Central London and surrounding local area
