VERTO HR are currently seeking an experienced Day Residential Services Coordinator to join a residential development, based in Hackney.
* Shift Pattern: Monday-Thursday - 0700-1900
* Salary: £32,000
Main Duties:* Residential Services:
- Deliver impeccable service to residents, adhering to established procedures.
- Maintain efficient communication with staff, residents, guests, and contractors.* Property Management:
- Oversee the cleanliness and comfort of reception areas and common spaces.
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas, ensuring they are well-maintained and secure.* Maintenance and Repairs:
- Address minor maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, basic repairs and painting of communal areas as and when instructed or required.
- Conduct routine inspections for defects, damages, and security concerns.* Administration:
- Perform various office tasks, including answering phones and handling inquiries.
- Assist with administrative duties, such as managing schedules and coordinating events.* Security and Safety:
- Monitor security systems and respond promptly to any alarms or emergencies.
- Ensure building access is controlled and report any suspicious activity.* Mail Handling and Deliveries:
- Receive, log, and distribute all mail and deliveries, adhering to established procedures.
- Ensure the secure and timely delivery of registered mail and packages.* Emergency Response:
- Liaise with emergency services as necessary, providing vital information and assistance.* Health & Safety:
- Regularly inspect for Health & Safety issues, taking corrective action as needed.
- Promote and enforce adherence to safe working practices throughout the property.* General Property Upkeep:
- Perform routine cleaning, ensuring all areas are immaculate and inviting.
- Replace light bulbs, maintain plant life (watering and irrigation), and address any aesthetic concerns.* Additional Duties:
- Maintain a flexible, hands-on approach, offering assistance to others when required.
