ila is looking to hire a Marketing Executive to take the lead on Social Media and support the general Marketing and Lettings across its national portfolio of build-to-rent residential assets. This is a 360-role covering all aspects of marketing, branding and customer experience, including digital, social media, outdoor advertising and much more.
We are looking for an individual who will take ownership of all tasks assigned to them and do so with a can-do attitude and a people first approach to the role.
This role will report directly into the Head of Marketing and collaborate with teams across the UK. This role is designed to be a hybrid position, allowing you to strike a balance between in-office and remote work. You will be expected to work from our Oxford office a minimum of two days a week. There may also be occasions when travel to our operational or upcoming BTR neighbourhoods is required.
Social Media and Content Management:
* Develop, curate, and maintain compelling content schedules across our social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
* Execute social media activity, including creating copy, imagery, and video content.
* Collaborate with the Operational Teams to build stories and content for social channels.
* Oversee and manage social media accounts on platforms.
* Ensure brand consistency in line with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
* Grow social audience and actively work toward achieving KPI targets.
* Collaborate on social media for PR and event coverage.
* Keep up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
* Analyse engagement and suggest enhancements to improve our social media presence.
Marketing Strategy and Digital Presence:
* Collaborate with the Marketing Team and Operational Teams to execute marketing strategies for existing and future developments, encompassing various channels and target customer segments.
* Ensure day-to-day updates on our websites, including the ila blog, pricing, partnerships, and local area guides, to provide timely and relevant information.Competitive Analysis and Property Portals:
* Conduct mystery shopping evaluations of competitor buildings and conduct regular pricing reviews to stay competitive in the market.
* Keep all property portals, such as Rightmove and Zoopla, up-to-date to ensure live availability and accurate property information.Visual Marketing, Event Coordination and Administration:
* Assist in the presentation of show apartments, and the coordination of photography shoots, virtual tours and videos.
* Work closely with on-site teams to plan and promote resident events, while also fortifying brand partnerships.
* Provide essential support to the Marketing Team by contributing to general planning, ordering, purchasing, budgeting reporting, updating marketing material and performing various marketing administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have:
* At least 1-2 years' experience working in a marketing or social media role
* Excellent English language and creative copy writing skills - both written and spoken
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail is a must
* Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop would be beneficial
* IT literate - MS Office at intermediate level and other relevant software a level to undertake the role satisfactorily
* Have a visual and aesthetic awareness
