Maintenance Operative

Our client is looking for an experienced caretaker to work at a luxury development in Woodford.

The role will be 4 days a week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Friday, 8am - 12 noon

Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Maintaining the grounds, this will include tasks such as: basic maintenance, painting, cementing, leaf blowing and pressure washing.
• Oversee cleaning of external areas of blocks according to cleaning specification.
• Clean and polish entrance doors and door furniture.
• Empty, clean and replace waste bins.
• Check all overflows externally.
• Pick up litter.
• You will be responsible of the upkeep of the grounds to make sure everything is functioning correctly and remains aesthetically pleasing.
• Rotation of large bins across development, getting them ready for collections

You are expected to be flexible and undertake reasonable additional duties as required by the managing agent.

Person Specification:

• Previous experience in a similar role as a caretaker, yardperson or estate operative
• Honest and Reliable
• Team Player
• Works well under pressure
• Driving Licence is desired however not essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
