PMR are seeking an Assistant Mobilisation Manager to work with one of the UK's leading Build to Rent providers.
Purpose of Role:- Conduct and lead on key projects within the Mobilisation team (MT) /Asset Management (AM) department to review specifications, product design and performance to update product specification and improve business efficiencies.
- Support the mobilisation team on delivery of pipeline by co-ordinating key department processes, planners, risk reports and stakeholder calls.
- Support Head of and director of department on key business strategy projects and roll out of process to wider business.
- Implement new strategies in line with department objectives to support the synergy between MT, AM and in particular Development departments.
- Review and identify areas for improvement in internal process, supporting revising current process and roll out of improvements.
- Assisting in data collection, development and analysis to enable proper decision making and goal setting.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of action plans to enable proper time, resource and process management.
Main Activities:
- Assist the MT/AM department to drive and deliver the portfolio performance to achieve all portfolio KPIs (TPR, NOI, Value)
- Assist and lead on key projects within design, specification and process.
- Identify innovative opportunities to increase the portfolio market value and enhance portfolio performance through value-add initiatives.
- Work in tandem with Mobilisation manager team to ensure business objectives are being met.
- Assist with delivery of Mobilisation/Asset management initiatives.
- Contribute to regular reporting including quarterly reports.
- Monitor trackers and process outcomes - producing key risk and planner reports
- Working as part of the Investment team to achieve the overall objectives of the Investment and business unit by driving high standards of work and continuous improvement in process and quality of operations.
- Developing and delivering budget reviews in line with department requirements
- Assist in external and internal communication including taking minutes and reporting.
- Prepare required risk and planner reports on the weekly and monthly requirements.
- Contribute to developing ideas to improve the performance of the MT across all areas of the business.
- Contribute to the improvement of reporting standards and techniques with the project stakeholders.
- Leading key process reviews and implementing updated/ new strategies where required
- Supporting the Mobilisation Manager on key spec review items, gathering internal portfolio data to support
- Support the alignment of the Mobilisation department producing process maps, RACM's and audit structure.
- Conduct key reviews of spec and usage of our product.
Knowledge / Skills /Experience:
- Educated to Degree level (property related) or commensurate experience.
- Previous experience in a residential property / asset management role is essential.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Able to use own initiative.
- Strong numeracy skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Must be detail orientated and able to set out priorities.
- An effective team player who is self-motivated, industrious and works well under pressure.
- Ability to analyse financial information.
- Good reporting skills
