PMR are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to be instrumental in supporting the Business Development team of a national operator of Build To Rent, Single Family Houisng and Co-living developments.
Your role will consist of Analysis of future projects, market research and development of the pricing process. Ownership of the pricing/NOI models, competitor maps and market intel for BTR, Co-Living & SFR sectors.The work calls for someone who has excellent communication skills and an understanding of the industry, excellent analytical skills and the ability to work with colleagues and managers from other departments. Suitable candidates for the role should be confident and persuasive individuals with good communication skills.
Major Duties:
- Market research for BTR, Co-Living & Single Family Residence (SFR) sectors
- Creation & ownership of competitor analysis maps for BTR, Co-Living & SFR Sectors
- Build up accommodation schedules from floor plans/information provided.
- Liaise and support clients with queries.
- Track and maintain work load, to ensure priorities are dealt with.
- Provide market intelligence on rental levels and occupancy both internally and externally for the following sectors - BTR, Co-Living & SFR.
- Ownership of the ongoing development of the pricing and NOI models, to ensure ongoing efficiency and accuracy.
- Work with the Procurement/Operations team to monitor and update assumptions within the pricing model.
- Build & Maintain strong relationship with Utility Broker/Consultant to assist Energy Forecasting.
- Working within the business development team to propose rental levels, operating pricing and assumptions made.
- Prepare the income lease up and first draft of rental levels for BTR, Co-Living & SFR.
- Support/Suggest any process improvements.
- Work alongside the Sales team to gain feedback on rental proposals
- Build strong relationships internally and externally with suppliers and clients
- Work closely with the procurement, sales and finance team
- Manage and prioritise own workload to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Liaise and work with the wider team on a weekly basis.
