We are working with a high end residence based in in St James Park, our client is seeking a pro-active and personable Day Concierge to join the team. We are looking for a well presented candidate who enjoys working with people and is passionate about delivering great customer service!
This is a temp to perm role where you would be trialling on the building as a temporary worker to begin with, so we will be looking for a candidate who is immediately available and flexible.
Salary: £26,000 - £26,500 per annum
Rota/Hours:
Week 1 - Monday to Friday (12.30pm to 6.30pm)
Week 2 - Monday to Friday (12.30pm to 6.30pm) & Saturdays and Sundays (6.30am to 6.30pm)
Main Responsibilties:
- To provide a welcoming, friendly service for the residents and clients on site.
- Act as main point of contact on site to all customers providing information about the building and the surrounding areas, key contacts and location advice.
- To handle parcels and packages that have been delivered on a daily basis.
- Manage and administer customer deliveries and returns, via development systems and protocol.
- Handle and administer residents keys, making sure these are signed in and out on a daily basis in line with development systems and protocol.
- To conduct site walk rounds on a daily basis, all faults/maintenance and repairs reported to the development manager and to the relevant contractor. These reports passed over within the hand over log.
- Provide regular communication to customers with initial queries to resolution.
- Monitor the CCTV cameras / security access to review and track security concerns.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience of front of house concierge and delivering an exceptional customer service.
- Confident, articulate communicator - both orally and in writing; able to build relationships with all types of customer and client with a resolution focused mentality, creative in your approach.
- Good knowledge of Health and Safety regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure deadlines, able to prioritise and manage time effectively.
The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
