- Description
The Finance Support Analyst's role will be to work closely with Property Managers to provide any reporting and data analysis to fulfil their function. They should ensure that the information being provided is accurate and well presented. In addition they should able to communicate well at all levels both internally and externally within the organisation.
Duties
- Provide financial information to property managers promptly.
- Process and address manager's requests efficiently.
- Handle day-to-day queries from clients and property managers.
- Deliver periodic reporting to clients in agreed format.
- Accurately transfer funds within client accounts.
- Ensure timely and accurate budget entries.
- Prepare year-end accounts and liaise with clients on queries.
- Assist PMs in analyzing and interpreting financial data.
- Coordinate with auditors during audits.
- Execute instructions based on external/internal agreements.
- Ensure compliance with Annual Returns & Tax filings.
- Engage in meetings and communication with various stakeholders to resolve queries.
- Meet all Service Level Agreements within deadlines.

Other Requirements
- Minimum of 18 months of experience in Property accounting.
- Medium to advanced proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word.
