Our client are currently seeking a Weekend & Bank Holiday Day Concierge to join the team at a luxury residential development based in North London.
Hours of work: 0800-2000 Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays
(Excluding Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years' Day)
There is also the opportunity of additional overtime shifts to cover Concierge holidays during the week.Salary: £15,000 per annum
Bank Holidays paid at the equivalent of x1.5 hourly rate and factored into the annual salary

An experienced Concierge is required to work weekends and provide Bank Holiday cover at a residential development comprising of 150 flats and commercial units.
The position is primarily front-of-house and, therefore, customer focused. The Concierge should meet and greet all visitors with a welcoming and helpful demeanour and aid where necessary.
A background - or previous experience - working in residential property is desired.
Concierge are the face of the building and usually the first port of call for residents.Main duties:
- Meet and greet residents and visitors to the building and assist with enquiries whilst maintaining cover at reception
- Maintain building security, ensuring that doors are secure and monitoring CCTV
- Ensure that any visitors, guests or contractors are checked before allowing entry
- To accept deliveries and notify residents of deliveries for collection
- Issuing keys as instructed by residents and ensuring that these are signed for accordingly
The person/experience:- Experience of using computers
- Demonstrable experience of effective communication both orally and in writing
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience conducting fire alarm & emergency lighting tests and water temperature monitoring would be beneficial
