We're in search of an organised, ambitious administrator with a can- do attitude. Does this sound like you?
Salary: £26,000per annum
Location: Mill Hill- NW7 - Based on site 5 days a week.
Hours: 35h per week
Shift Time: 9:00am - 17:00pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact for any resident enquiries, answering all incoming calls and responding to emails.
- Providing excellent customer services to leaseholders and residents.
- Managing the contractors log and the log book for staff coming in and out.
- Raising orders, including working out the correct allocation to the schedule and apportionment and then seeking approval via the ADM.
- Registering staff absences and sickness.
- Any other task to support the administration of the office.
Person Specification:
- Oustanding customer service skills.
- Confident & articulate communicator.
- Be able to build a good rapport with residents, clients & other customers.
- Good Team Player.
- Excellent administration & record keeping skills.
- Demonstrable ability dealing with problems and challenges effectively.
- Ability to work against deadlines.
- Excellent IT skills, social-media awareness and up to date with new technology.
Experience Required:
- Some experience or knowledge in the property industry.
- Administrator experience.
