Role: Day Doorperson & Valet

Rota: 4 on, 4 off; 7am - 7pm

Aim of Post
The Doorman/Valet are the very first members of staff that residents and their guests meet upon arrival at
the residence. They are responsible for covering the entrance, providing a physical security presence at the
principal gateway to the residences and will also park and retrieve residents' cars from the car park. They will
be responsible for all visitors 'first impression', therefore, maintaining impeccable standards of welcoming
service; holding doors, assisting with luggage, hailing taxis and assisting with directions will be expected.

Role Specific Accountabilities
* To be a first point of contact, be responsible for quality customer service for residents and guests.
* Opening and closing the main door when residents and visitors are moving through the lobby.
* Valet park or retrieve residents' vehicles for the car park to the front entrance.
* Given the circumstances of the role, occasional decision-making and problem-solving in the absence
of supervision will be required.
* Provide local information and directions when requested.

Required Experience and Technical Competency
* Previous experience in a similar role within London super prime residential or Hotels.
* Must have excellent communication skills and customer service skills.
* Full clean UK driving licence is mandatory.
* Service driven, understand the importance of going the 'extra mile'.
* Experience serving UHNWIs.
