Our client is currently seeking a Day Duty Manager at a luxury residential building near Barnet in NW9
Shift Pattern:
4on 4off
Hours:
07:00am - 19:00pm
Salary:
£30,000 per annum
Key Responsibilites:
- To support Development Manager with operational aspects of the development
- Line management responsibilities for the concierge & CSS team
- To deliver exceptional customer service and help to promote a service orientated culture amongst the staff and contracted service providers linked to continuous improvement
- To ensure the development is maintained to the standard commensurate with the managing agents portfolio status and value
- To support the development of activities, to enhance the lifestyle of residents based around the communal facilities
- Line management responsibilities for the Concierge and Security team
- Assisting with the recruitment, training and development of employees
- Ensuring all relevant site inspection and health and safety paperwork is completed
- Ensuring a high standards of customer service is delivered to all residents
Skills of the Duty Manager:
- Ensure all functions (i.e. concierge, health club, resident's facilities etc.) within the development are operating efficiently and effectively. Conduct frequent checks of the relevant areas
- Make recommendations with regard best practice in respect of site operations to the Development Manager
- Take responsibility when necessary for any onsite systems in place. Ensure the in-house team have received the appropriate training and ensure the key control and other policies are adhered to.
Skills of the Duty Manager:
- Previous experience of managing a team in a fast paced environment
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- IT skills
- Self-motivated
- Able to work to KPIs, SOPs and deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, visitors and contractors
- Ability to deal sympathetically and firmly with complaints or problems and report or resolve them
