Description

Our client is currently looking for a caretaker to work at a luxury residential development in Oxted, Surrey RH8

Working hours:
Monday - Friday: 8am - 4pm

Main purpose of the job:
To provide general caretaking and maintenance support for the building.

Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Oversee cleaning of blocks according to cleaning specification (management of an on-site cleaner)
- Grounds maintenance such as sweeping of external areas
- Jet washing/disinfecting binstore room
- Watering flowerbeds and lawned areas as required during Summer months
- General light maintenance works such as checking lights operating

Person Specification:
- Previous experience within residential or hotel environment in a similar role
- Honest and Reliable
- Team Player
- Works well under pressure
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
