PMR are recruiting for an experienced Night Duty Manager/ Concierge to work on a brand new residential scheme based in South London. This role offers fantastic growth opportunities & would suit someone with luxury residential or 5* hotel experience working within a similar role.
Rota: 4on 4off, 7pm to 7am
Salary: Up to £32,000 p/a - depending on experience
Duties:
- Providing quality customer service for the development, its residents, and guests.
- Develop team members, fostering an environment of learning, continuous improvement, and maximisation of performance to deliver a one team ethos.
- Develop and maintain constructive working relationships with team members, onsite staff, residents, guests, and contractors working collaboratively to achieve overall business outcomes.
- Building a relationship with residents
- Showing a presence on behalf of the management of the block
- Ensuring the correct storage and distribution of keys
- Distributing post efficiently to residents
Ideal candidate:
- Experience as a Night Manager or Night Concierge within residential or 4-5* hotels
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer and front of house skills
- Supervisory Experience
