- Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised administratorto join our central London based property management team. You would be responsible for the administration of a portfolio of properties. Initially, there would be an onboarding project which would require verifying data and adding into the company's internal database then you would be responsible for ongoing administration.
The role will report into a Team Leader and Managing Director. It would be a hybrid role, but internally training is likely to be held at the offices in London.

Attributes
We are looking for a pro-active, organised and team-minded individual with good communication skills who is able to cope with pressure. You should have:
* Enthusiasm
* Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally gained in property management. * High level of attention to detail.
* A strong level of IT literacy, including Microsoft Office suite
* Be organized and have the ability to keep on top of multiple tasks at once
* Have a keen eye for detail and able to work to demanding deadlines Responsibilities
* Reviewing data and collating for an internal database
* Obtaining copies of Land Registry documents and verifying against database
* Reviewing insurance documentation
* Basic review of lease provisions and valuations
* Liaising with property owners for diligence documentation
* Maintaining a database of key documentation and chasing up tenants for in-date documents or/when the originals expire
* Assisting the client's insurers by providing basic tenancy information and updating tenant changes * Maintaining agreed filing system within the company's system

* 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

Experience & Training
You should have had administration-based experience. Training will be provided as appropriate to the role.
