- Description
This role is to join the Freehold team of a leading Freehold based in Borehamwood. The successful individual will be responsible for engaging with leaseholders and solicitors by telephone and email. This role requires a can-do attitude and a desire to make a difference as well as a need to develop within the company. Full training is provided via our comprehensive induction programme which covers the first three months and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing & processing the daily freehold sales requests
- Process & action incoming post and cheques
- Calculating quotations
- Responding to all emails in the Freehold inbox
- Deal with any website queries relating to a Leaseholders account
- Dealing with telephone queries received from Solicitors and Leaseholders
- Ensure all files that require follow up are diarised for action this is to include requesting payment, responses from Leaseholders/Solicitors
- Sending necessary correspondence to leaseholders and solicitors
- Obtain office copy entries from the Land Registry
- Obtaining leases from our archives
- Input and update details of leaseholder(s) and tenant(s) accurately on our system
- Working within a Team ensuring workloads, targets, objectives set by the Manager are met
- Working with the finance team to ensure payments are allocated correctly
- Be trained in Lease Extensions and the other area of the business in order to have an understanding of the 360-degree role.
