Receptionist required for a brand new Commercial Office building in Kensington, London W8!
Hours: Monday - Friday: 7am - 5.30pm
About the Development:
The scheme is a brand new, mixed-use luxury development located in Kensington. The development comprises residential, retail and offices spread across three buildings with a central courtyard linked by two levels of basement space. There are retail units on the ground floor, private residential apartments and office accommodation on the upper floors. There is an estate loading bay to be used by all occupiers. Basement 2 houses a private car park for residents as well as cycle stores, residential spa, staff welfare and plant rooms.The Role and Duties:
* To be the first point of contact for all visitors, Property Management Team; suppliers and contractors.
* Monitor and oversee that the Reception is run professionally and efficiently.
* The ideal candidate will be a smart and trustworthy individual able to provide customers with a warm greeting and handle all incoming requests.
* The goal is to contribute to an overall pleasant customer experience.As part of your daily duties, you will be expected to:
* Switchboard: Handle an average of 50-100 calls per day on an lnClarity Switchboard.
* Liaise with IT Department regarding any problems with the switchboard.
* Greet all guests and visitors.
* Booking guests in on Sky Visitor.
* Train as First Aider.The Candidate:
* Excellent telephone manner
* Good level of education, well-spoken and well presented
* Computer knowledge of Word/Excel/Lotus Notes/SAP
* French speaking advantageous but not essential
* The ability to deal with people and handle callers calmly and effectively reflecting our Company's luxury image and values
