Description

Our client is seeking a permenant Night Cleaner to help assist at one of their luxury residential sites based in South East London.

Start Date - Immediate
Hours - Saturday + Sundays (2AM - 8AM)

Rate - £7,222pa (£11.53ph)

Main purpose of the job:
To provide general cleaning support for the buildings spa area and communal areas.

Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Oversee cleaning of spa area and communical area.
- Clean and polish entrance doors and door furniture.
- Empty, clean and replace waste bins.
- Check all overflows externally
- Pick up litter

Person Specification:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a caretaker, yardperson or estate operative
- Honest and Reliable
- Team Player
- Works well under pressure
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
