Day Concierge/Porter - South Kensington, London SW7

We are currently looking for a Concierge/Porter for a luxury residential building in South Kensington, London SW7 paying £27,000pa!

The role will be on a 3 week rota, as follows;
Week 1 - Monday-Friday: 7am-3pm
Week 2 - Monday-Wednesday: 2pm-10pm, Saturday & Sunday: 7am-3pm
Week 3 - Monday-Friday: 10am-6pm
(35 hours a week anything over 35 hours is paid at time and a half rate)

Role Purpose:

The Concierge/Porter role is focused upon excelling in the area of Customer Service and providing an unrivalled resident experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

• To demonstrate excellent communication skills with colleagues and residents - meeting tenants sometimes bespoke needs
• Exhibit a passion for customer service and possess a clear focus towards creating and maintaining the best possible resident experience
• To greet residents and their guests when they arrive at the building.
• Strive to create an individual experience which makes the person feel valued
• Be attentive to residents and visitors needs within reason

Essential experience:

• Worked in a similar environment for a minimum of two years
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft windows software including Word and Outlook

Desirable:

• Residential experience
• Hospitality background
• Knowledge and experience of health and safety legislation as it applies to the work environment and residential buildings

Qualifications:

• Good level of education - to include written and verbal communication skills
