Located in Westminster, our client's scheme is a high-end residential development next to St. James' Park where we are currently looking for an excellent Day Concierge to join the existing team.
This is a temporary to permanent role therefore you must be immeditely available to start on a temporary basis, with the opportunity to go permanent.
Hours of Work:
4 on, 4 off from 8am - 8pm
Main Duties:
- To be present at the Concierge/Reception Desk to assist residents, visitors and colleagues as and when requested
- Ensuring the smooth running of the building
- To ensure all residents and visitors receive a warm and sincere welcome including assistance with luggage and shopping where required, calling lifts, hailing taxis and opening doors
- To ensure that the highest levels of customer care and service are maintained at all times
- Deal effectively with complaints, take the correct action and remain courteous at all times
The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks
The successful candidate will also have previous experience working in luxury residential apartments or 4/5* hotels.
