DAY DOORMAN/PORTER
Working Hours: 07.00 - 19.00 Four days on/Four days off

The doorman / porter is a dual role. You will be working alternatively (as per rota) as a doorman or as a porter. You must do this with the highest level of efficiency and competence, while building a professional rapport with the residents, and maintaining an eye on the security of the scheme. The level of service expected is commensurate with that of a luxury boutique hotel. The Doorman / Porter reports to the Concierge team.

Doorman duties include:
* Greet everyone with a professional and sincere warm welcome, ensure a seamless transition into the reception
* Maintain impeccable standards of welcoming service; opening and holding doors for residents, assisting with their luggage, calling for taxis and providing directions
* Deliver unparalleled level of service in an intuitive and bespoke manner and be an ambassador
* Take & provide residents and guest with umbrellas
* Answers questions & assist residents with reasonable requests

Porter duties include:
* Receive all incoming deliveries and scan them.
* Deliver parcels, packages, luggage, groceries and post to apartments.
* Collect luggage and refuse from apartments
* Escort visitors and contractors to apartments or other areas of the building.
* Carry out patrols of the various buildings and report any maintenance or security issue.

Requirements:
* Fluent in English
* Strong communication skills
* Flexible, confident and approachable
* Previous experience as a Doorman or Porter within a luxury fast paced environment
* Attentive and proactive
