- Description
Our Client are currently seeking for a Mobile Maintenance Operative to work across their luxury residential developments based in South London.
Working every Monday to Friday with the hours of 8am - 5pm.
Salary is £27,000 annually and a company van is included.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Compliance testing
Weekly flushing and monthly tap temps etc.
General building repairs to doors, skirtings, architraves etc, patch plastering, light fittings and lamps etc.
Detect and carry out general maintenance tasks, repairs to fabric and finishes, throughout the building
Carry out any painting and decorating work in the apartments, amenity space and car park - internal and external.
Carry out general repair work including doors and patch repairs Checking properties prior to residents moving in
Plastering
Changing light bulbs, lamps and fittings, in the amenity space or car park.
Report defects (equipment, building, lighting and fabric) to the Estate Manager
Rubbish removals
Manage health and safety tasks
To perform any other related activity, as directed by the Estate Manager, necessary to fulfil the purpose of the role as described above.
