- Description
Our client is seeking an Assistant Development Manager to join the team at a high-end residential development in South London.
Main duties:
- Compile concierge roster.
- Assist the Development Manager in dealing with any staff issues.
- Carrying out building checks and ensuring that the Concierge and security staff are carrying out their assigned checks.
- Record the details and report any issues from the commercial units to the Development Manager.
- Deal with contractor signing in and out sheets and issue of permits to work.
- Report any potential insurance claims to the Development Manager and assist in processing claims and obtaining quotes.
- Monitor fobs and parking permits, ensuring appropriate fee is collected from residents
- Instruct contractors for reactive maintenance.
- Use QUBE to answer resident's basic queries.
- Any other reasonable duties as may be necessary for the running of the site.
- Collecting and collating information on illegal lettings (air B&B and Booking.com etc.)
- Managing all operational aspects of the development.
- Providing a secure and safe environment for the residents, commercial tenants, and staff at the development.
- Developing and maintaining service orientated culture amongst the staff and contracted service providers.
- Managing and supervise the in-house staff and oversee the work of the inhouse operations teams and external contractors.
- Ensuring compliance with the Health and Safety Policy for managed estates.
Person Specification
- 2 Years property management experience.
- Confident at dealing with client, residents, contractors, and other visitors to the Estate.
- Excellent verbal & written communication.
- Ability to use own initiative to solve problems.
- Polite and friendly attitude.
- Proficient is use of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of QUBE & H&S monitoring systems. (training can be provided).
