PMR are seeking a Marketing Manager to join a specialist provider of professionally managed new-build rental housing in Central London.
This is an exciting opportunity to spearhead the marketing strategy for the Lettings function to turn it into a successful and scalable enterprise. The role is responsible for the end to end running of all marketing, including implementing and executing a strategic marketing plan to meet business targets.
Key duties include:
- Working with the Head of Lettings to set the marketing strategy for the business, overseeing marketing campaigns and leading the execution of marketing programs from start to finish
- Driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes
- Brief and manage third party agencies on the launch of new developments where external support is required to increase customer acquisition
- Tracking and evaluating the effectiveness and impact of all marketing activities in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, LTV and retention
- Ensuring the budget spend is delivering return on investment targets
- Writing and delivering content and social media plans, and managing the design and production of promotional materials for a variety of channels
- Managing the business' website, social media, and data analytics
- Delivering customer satisfaction and reviews strategy, analysing any trends that occur
- Build relationships with local businesses to promote our sites and support local communities
- Responsible for the resident engagement calendar and working with site teams to plan and organise any resident events where appropriate
- Overseeing the company's attendance at events, such as trade shows and conferences
- Researching and analysing market trends and competitors
- Proposing and managing marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications
- Work collaboratively across the business providing rigor and challenge
- The role will involve travel to sites across the UK
- Carrying out such other duties as delegated from time to time
The ideal candidate will have:- Previous experience in a real estate and residential lettings is preferred
- Experience building marketing programs and exposure to digital and direct response marketing
- Competence as a creative writer and comfortable working with Adobe CC for basic projects (InDesign and Photoshop).
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
- Be proactive in nature with the ability to manage a large number of priorities in parallel while meeting continuous deadlines
- A keenness to learn and actively participate in a dynamic and constantly adapting environment
- The ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in written English
- Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail
- Have a desire to progress within a business that will scale rapidly and create further career opportunities
