Description

Our Client are actively looking for an experienced Resident Site Supervisor to join their team at a luxury residential development based in East London.

Working Monday to Friday with the hours of 7am - 7pm.

Salary is £35,000 - £40,000 annually

Duties include but are not limited to:

To have overall responsibility for all aspects of the daily operation to their estate.

To oversee day-to-day and new starter training to all staff ensuring that the standards of operation and performance are adhered to at all times.

To communicate any necessary training requirements/courses for their site staff to Head Office.

Reporting to the Property Manager and working with him/her to ensure that the services provided to all residents and staffs are in accordance to the company mission statement and company handbook.

To oversee all expenditure to ensure that it falls within the current budget.

Responsible for ensuring all maintenance contracts including all Health & Safety requirements are carried out according to the current schedules and legislation.

Overall responsibility for the site fire and emergency procedures policy and relevant preventative measures are undertaken, including staff training.

Liaison with all relevant parties on snagging issues and defects.

Creation, organisation and implementation of systems relating to the smooth running of the site, including regulations for contractors and residents.

Overall responsibility for the security of residents and the building at all times, ensuring that the safety of all residents and visitors is maintained.

To be a part of the Team maintaining the policies, company rules and quality.

Ensuring site complies with all H&S - ensuring that the rules, regulation and lease are upheld

Liaising with contractors as to all communal related

Liaising with residents and others and always offering high levels of customer care

Being the eyes and ears for the management company and ensuring that site is managed to a high level on a day to day basis

Conducting regular building patrols and wherever possible changing light bulbs and carrying out light maintenance tasks

Compiling reports, end of month salaries and spreadsheets as business / management requires
