Lettings Coordinator - Luxury Residential Development

We are working with a luxury residential development based in East London who are currently seeking a Lettings Coordinator to the team on site.

This is an exciting opportuntity to work with a vibrant east London community spanning a collection of 248 individually-designed rental loft apartments, three rooftop gardens, two restaurants, three bars and a design hotel.

Hours: 9am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum

Duties:

• Pre-tenancy checks/ right to rent checks for new tenants
• Conducting tenant referencing
• Drawing up renewal documents
• Answering the telephone, responding to queries and requests
• Providing support to the Lettings team and residents
• Drafting pre-tenancy paperwork
• Booking check-ins and arranging property cleaning for new tenancies

• Customer service skills, able to respond effectively and liase with clients
• ARLA qualified would be preferable
