Our client is currently seeking an experienced Concierge to work at a luxury residential development in Central London.
The shift pattern will be:
Monday 6:30pm to 6:30am (NIGHT)
Tuesday 6:30pm to 6:30am (NIGHT)
Friday 6:30am to 6:30pm (DAY)
Saturday 6:30am to 6:30pm (DAY)
Sunday 6:30am to 6:30pm (DAY)Salary is £25,000-£26,000pa
The candidate is to provide Porter/Concierge duties for lessees, residents and any visitors to the site.
Responsibilities:
- The candidate will be responsible for front of house admin, which includes monitoring the visitors book, receiving/distributing mail/parcels, cctv monitoring, key handling and providing meter readings.
- They will also be responsible for day to day building inspection and fault reporting (checking Plant/Services, identifying faults and reporting maintenance/breakdown issues)
- The concierge will supervise and assist contractors on site as required
- The candidate should be phone and computer literate.
- Walk the outside of the building checking all doors and the general condition of buildingWe intend our concierge to become a long-term member of our buildings community who will, in time, be happy to familiarise themselves with residents and lessees.
Please note that you MUST have previous residential or similar 4/5* hotel experience for this position.
