PMR are working exclusively with our client to recruit an Assistant Manager to join the team at their flagship Co-Living development in Wembley. The development comprises of 300 private studios, creative workspaces, curated programme of events, wellness and gym space, and an all-year roof pavilion featuring a communal kitchen and dining area.
You will have responsibility for the daily management of the development under the direction of the General Manager and via the monitoring procedures provided by the Company and the external third party service provider. You will be responsible for ensuring an efficient customer focussed service whilst maintaining client retention and maximising revenue generation.
You will help to ensure that the development runs efficiently and cost effectively in line with company policies and procedures. Financial management is a main focus of the role with responsibility, in conjunction with the General Manager for the daily management of budgets and cost control.
The close working relationship with the General Manager and the local team is critical to the success of this role and the building. It is essential that you have the ability to work on your own as well as part a team and can communicate effectively at all levels.
Education & Qualifications:Minimum: Educated to NVQ level 3 and/or GCSE level 9 - 5 standard or equivalent.
Ideally with 'A' level(s) or equivalent
ARLA or IRPM qualification desirableExperience:
* Previous experience in a management capacity in block property management.
* Up to date knowledge of English statutory letting requirements
* Administration of Section 21 Notices
* Previous financial knowledge including credit and cost control.
* Previous business development / sales and/or facilities experience would be desirable.
