Description

PMR are seeking an Asistant Resident Services Manager to provide onsite customer service and lettings service to a residential development in the heart of Headingley. The first point of contract for current residents and potential applicants always providing an excellent customer service. You will work directly with the Residents Service Manager on a day to day basis and work closely with the site caretaker and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite day to day customer service experience to everyone at the site, including residents, contractors, and applicants.
  • Responding to all applicants' enquiries from all platforms including phone, emails, and social media platforms.
  • Arranging viewings at the site and agreeing offers for property units.
  • Referencing progression including liaising with referencing provider and applicants throughout each stage.
  • Ensuring all apartments and communal areas are well presented and attractive to all tenants.
  • Complete all stages of the leasing process including contract signing and move in emails.
  • Complete regular market research to ensure we are in line with our competitors.
  • Ensuring up to date resident communication via emails and various other platforms e.g., Instagram
  • Supporting with organising Resident events and engaging with the local community.
  • To act as a first point of call for residents to report maintenance issues.
  • Support with the block management of the site arranging repairs.
  • Tracking servicing and compliance for the development.
  • Carrying out regular inspections of communal areas and platforms.
  • Completing check in and check out reports through an inventory platform.
  • Processing Deposit returns and dealing with any disputes.
  • Contact and process tenant renewals, capturing information on those not renewing.
  • Work alongside the Resident Service Manager to ensure H&S statutory requirements are met throughout the development.
  • During periods of annual leave covering the Residents Service Manager.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Previous experience in a residential property environment or estate agent's background.
  • Proven experience in a customer service background.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A people person with a can-do attitude
  • IT literate and social media savvy (preferably)
  • Warm and Friendly personality
  • A great team player who can adapt to working in a small team.
  • Well organised and confident to make decisions.
  • Confidence and Creativity to bring new ideas to the site.
