PMR are seeking a Marketing and Brand Manager for our client a property investment, development and management company based in London, UK with an established Build to Rent portfolio.
As the Marketing and Brand Manager you will oversee all digital marketing and brand-related activities for our client and act as the brand custodian to ensure brand guidelines are adhered to across properties, whilst adapting the learnings gained from new markets and translating these into actionable plans to ensure that all marketing efforts are geared towards customer acquisition goals.You will be managing and leading the marketing and brand-related activities with our Marketing Executive, by championing strategy, content creation for our owned media channels and, garnering stories that positively reinforce the brand through strategic communication efforts. You will be required to collaborate with our Head of Business Development on achieving business goals and working plans to meet these with clear performance targets. You will be required to foster, manage and grow positive relationships with third-party agencies and be confident with you presenting skills to demonstrate your marketing and brand department results to our organisational stakeholders.
Requirements:
- A business degree in marketing or, a PGDip in Advertising/ Communications/ Branding/ Search Marketing.
- Perfectly spoken and written English, ideally native or bilingual.
- Extensive experience in the hospitality or real estate sector with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role dedicated to performance marketing efforts is required for this post.

- Proficiency in MS Powerpoint, Word, Excel, G-Suite, Adobe Suite, Hootsuite, Google Search & Adwords, WordPress CMS tools, social media reporting tools and, MailChimp software systems.
