- Description
PMR are working with a leading managing agent who specialises in Block Management to the residential leasehold sector. They are actively seeking a temporary Receptionist to provide support to their busy team.
This would be an ongoing position, Monday - Friday (9am to 6pm).
Main duties:
- Manage Reception duties and ensure that all telephone calls are answered in the correct manner.
- Taking messages and passing on to the relevant parties.
- Monitoring and responding to emails / enquiries.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be highly organised and flexible
- Strong customer care/focus
- Have experience in a similar background within property
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written English
- An eye for presentation / attention to detail
- Be confident with a friendly and professional telephone manner
