- Description
Our client is currently seeking a Day Caretaker to join the team at a luxury residential building in Central London.
Shift Pattern; Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Main duties;
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum common areas (lobbies, hallways, stairwells)
- Clean windows, doors, and elevator interiors
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
- Maintain cleanliness of exterior areas (entrances, sidewalks, parking lots)
- Replace light bulbs and report electrical issues
- Perform minor repairs (e.g., tightening screws, patching walls)
- Notify management of larger maintenance needs
- Pick up litter around the property
- Maintain neat and tidy landscaping (sweeping walkways, clearing debris)
- Assist with snow removal or salting in winter months (if applicable)
Key Attributes;
- Previous experience in caretaking/residential properties
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable with Manual labour and heavy lifting
- Good Commiunication skills.
