- Description
Our client is currently seeking a Day Concierge to join the team at a luxury residential building in Central London.
Shift pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off - 7 am- 7pm.
Main duties:
- Welcoming residents and visitors into the building in a polite and friendly manner.
- Provide a presence in the building and in the main reception area.
- Dealing with all residents requests and complaints efficiently.
- Taking inbound phone calls, redirecting or taking messages as required.
- Accurate parcel handling and recording.
- Key management including signing out of key cards to contractors and ensuring their prompt return.
- Maintaining a log book of current and past contractors and on site visitors.

- Residential or Luxury hotel background
- Excellent customer service skills, polite and welcoming
- High level written and verbal communication
- Trustworthy and reliable
