Description

Our Client are currently looking for a new Afternoon/Evening Concierge to join their team at a luxury residential development based in South East London.

Working Monday to Friday with the hours of 3pm - 11pm, starting in February 2022.

Salary is £24,000 annually

Candidates with experience working in luxury residential apartments would be ideal. 4/5* hotel, front of house and security experience would also be desirable, however all customer service experience will be considered.

Duties include:

Manning the concierge desk as part of a 2-man team
Meeting and greeting residents
CCTV supervision
Distributing post and newspapers
Supervising contractors
Assisting residents with day to day issues
Undertaking regular site patrols
Cleaning when required
Clearing rubbish from chute rooms
Isolating leaks as and when necessary
