- Description
We are working with a luxury residential development based in South West London who are actively recruiting for a Cleaner to join the team.
Hours: 8am to 3.30pm, Monday - Friday
Salary: £19,000 per annum
Duties:
- Oversee cleaning of external and internal areas of blocks according to cleaning specification.
- Clean and polish entrance doors and door furniture.
- Empty, clean and replace waste bins.
- Pick up litter
- You will be responsible of the upkeep of the building and grounds to make sure everything is functioning correctly and remains astetically pleaseing
You are expected to be flexible and undertake reasonable additional duties as required by the managing agent.
Person Specification:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Honest and Reliable
- Team Player
- Works well under pressure
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
