Temp Day Concierge - Horndean, Hampshire

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Concierge to work at a luxury residential development in Horndean.

The shift pattern will be Monday - Friday 8am - 1pm

Salary - £9.20ph + holiday pay

This postion will be starting from the 24th January and will be ongoing until the 11th March ( with a potential likelyhood of extension)

• The job role is to ensure that the residents are safe and secure and the building is kept well maintained and provides a good healthy environment for everyone to live in.
• To ensure that a high profile and presence on the development at all times
• Work from the allocated office within the above specific hours.
• When not in the office a sign is put up to state that you are in the building and when you are expected to return back to the office.
• Action all emergencies ensure all emergencies are reported to your Line Manager, if not available to the Chief Administration Officer or senior member of staff at Head Office.
• If an emergency situation arises, please address by obtaining assistance from the appropriate authority i.e. ambulance service

Please note that you MUST have previous residential experience for this position.
