- Description
At PMR we are seeking for an exceptional Day Porter with Handyman skills to work for a luxury residential development based in South West London.
Shift pattern: Working an average of 42 hours per week, on a 6 on 2 off pattern as below
2 days; 7am - 3pm
2 days; 3pm - 11pm
2 days; 11pm - 7am
2 days offDuties required but are not limited to:
- Assist residents with any requests
- Provide a bespoke service
- Ensure the tidiness of the common areas of the building
- Conduct patrols and site inspections
- Small handyman duties, keeping the site in good condition by painting and decorating where necessary, small DIY jobs such as dealing with minor leaks, changing lightbulbs etc. and reporting jobs you cannot complete to the managerRequirements:
- Previous work in 5* hotels or luxury residential buildings
- High attention to detail
- Smart presentation
- Well spoken English
- Experience with DIY/small handyman duties
