Description

Our Client is looking for a Caretaker to work at a Luxury Development in W9.

Working hours: Mon - Sat 8am - 1pm with a 15min unpaid break each shift

Salary: £16,000 per annum

Annual leave: 20 days plus bank holiday

Duties:

  • Daily rubbish collection
  • Daily sweeping of all block entrances
  • Clean and disinfect all internal hard surfaces
  • To vacuum clean all carpets
  • Cleaning of stains on carpets
  • Polish all metal/brass furnishings on communal doors and windows
  • Dust all window sills and ledges
  • Dusting of flat entrance doors
  • Sweeping of leaves from entrance ways and any other external areas
  • Cleaning of external lights and internal light fittings

The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you may be expected to perform different tasks as required.
