Located in Borough, our client's scheme is a high-end residential development where we are currently looking for an excellent Night Concierge to join the team.
Hours of Work:
4 on, 4 off from 7pm - 7am
Main Duties:
- To be present at the Concierge/Reception Desk to assist residents, visitors and colleagues as and when requested
- Ensuring the smooth running of the building
- To ensure all residents and visitors receive a warm and sincere welcome
- To ensure that the highest levels of customer care and service are maintained at all times
- Deal effectively with complaints, take the correct action and remain courteous at all times
- To ensure the tidiness of the communal areas
- To be fully conversant with the fire alarm systems and evacuation procedures
- To comply with all relevant internal rules, policies and procedures including those relating to Health & Safety, data protection and those contained within the issued Employee Handbook
- To be able to give a clear and concise handover at the end of the shift, highlighting any events that have occurred and forthcoming events
The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks
The successful candidate will also have previous experience working in luxury residential apartments or 4/5* hotels.
