- Description
Our Client are currently seeking for a Porter to work upcoming on-going shifts per a rota basis at a luxury residential development based in West London.
Would need to be flexible to cover shifts during weekdays and weekends as per a rota basis. Flexible to early, late and middle shifts (Early shift 7am to 3pm Late shift 3pm 11pm Middle shift 11am-7pm)
Salary is £10.00 + 12.07 % holiday pay per hour
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Cleaning duties involved such as mopping lobby, wiping touch points, cleaning surfaces etc.
- To provide all necessary services to the residents as per the instructions of senior management.
- To communicate efficiently with all other members of staff, the residents, guests and onsite contractors.
- Responsible for the cleanliness and comfort of the reception area and common parts at all times.
- To respond proactively to resident requests. Always respond a timely and polite manner.
- During working hours, you will be located at the reception desk except when carrying out any required work within the building.
