PMR provide on-site staff to high end residential apartments across the UK and are currently recruiting for a temporary concierge to work an ongoing contract at a luxury residential building in London, W2
This will be an ongoing commitment, with no end date & potential to become permanent in the future
Rate is £9.20ph + 12.07% holiday pay
Hours are:
Monday - Thursday: 8pm - 9.30am
Friday: 8pm - 8amDuties include:
- Manage all aspects of front of house concierge office.
- Assisting residents, contractors and visitors when and where required.
- CCTV monitoring.
- Routine Patrols of the development.
- Electric meter and water reading for residents.Preferably, you will have previous experience working in residential, 4-5* hotels or hospitality/front of house roles.
We are looking for well presented, friendly and articulate candidates who are computer literate and obtain a good understanding of the role.
