Night Concierge - Luxury residential development

Our client is actively seeking a professional Night Concierge to join the team at a large prestigious residential development based in South West London.

Salary: £26,300 - £27,400

Hours of work: 4 nights on 4 nights off (7pm-7am)

Main Duties:

* Manage all aspects of front of house concierge office.

*Providing excellent customer service at all times.

* Assisting residents, contractors and visitors when and where required.

* CCTV monitoring.

* Routine Patrols of the development.

* Keeping a diary of all works and visits.

* Reporting Faults and Defects through appropriate channels.

* Answer telephone calls and emails and logging of messages.

* Signing in and out visitors and contractors.

* Receiving parcels and letters on behalf of residents then programming them on a parcel data base system before putting them on shelf for collection.

* Key Holding and management, programming fob keys and car remote control fobs for contractors and residents.

* Handing out keys and access fob to cleaners, residents and contractors as required.

* Able to give a clear and concise handover at the end of the shift.

The Person:

*2-3 years working in a similar role in residential or 4-5* hotels.

* Excellent communicator.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Good understanding of Health and Safety processes.

* Thrive in a fast pace environment.

*Able to work alone or part of a team.

The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
