- Description
We are looking for a Cleaner for a luxury residential building in Maida Vale, London W9. The role will be based at one large building consisting of Ground + 5 floors, with a ground floor entrance and two wings, with a lift for each wing.
Position: Cleaner
Working Hours: Currently Monday - Friday: 7.30am-12.00pm, but could change to 8.00am-12.30am if required (no work on Bank Holidays or weekends)
Wages: £11,860pa (£10.14ph)
Holidays: 4 weeks equivalent + bank holidays
Duties: Cleaning of the communcal carpets, work surfaces, ledges etc, cleaning inside the lift cars to the main internal common areas, cleaning 5 internal rear trade stairs, taking rubbish from outside the flats from 3 of the 5 rear trade stairs to the communal bins.
