Description

We are working with a well established managing agent, actively seeking an experienced external Yardman to work on a Part Time basis on a desirable residential development based in St Johns Wood.

Hours: 7am to 12pm - Monday to Saturday (8am to 1pm would also be an option)

Salary: £13,650 p/a

Duties:

  • External cleaning & refuse collection from 42 flats arranged in 3 separate blocks on ground and 6 upper floors.
  • Sweeping the yard.
  • Maintaining a clean & tidy bin store area.
  • Check all overflows externally
  • Pick up litter

Person Specification:

  • Previous experience in a similar role as a caretaker, yardperson or estate operative
  • Honest and Reliable
  • Team Player
  • Works well under pressure
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
