- Description
Our client is looking for a Porter to work in a luxury development in SW1 West Brompton.
You will be required to work Monday - Friday 10am-1pm.
Job Description:
- Rubbish removal (to the binstore)
- Maintain the building & grounds
- Providing access where necessary
- Reporting to the Property Managers on events where necessary
- Assisting residents where appropriate
Duties:
- Take meter readings for communal utilities.
- Assisting with providing access to residents, visitors & contractors
- Report any faults and/or items to be repaired to the Property Manager
- Assist with contractor signing-in/out/procedures and ensure they are working safely/ complying with Health & Safety regulations on site.
- Whenever work is being done on the premises, to make sure that security is being maintained and that the common areas are left in a safe and clean condition at the end of each day.
Requirements:
- Well motivated with a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Common sense and commercial approach.
